The Prof was actually saying that it should be the first line of treatment after the first drug has failed. And that the product should attract premium pricing. Think about it; the cost of a year's failed treatment, and the prospect of repeating that with another biologic, weighed against a one-shot treatment with MPC. That one-shot is going to be worth an awful lot of $$$.
