Obviously key risk here is liquidity but with a strategic partner who most likely doesn't want to operate the mine itself or see disruptions to their product it is slightly "De-risked".
For all the people who may come for me saying that's a dangerous assumption, I agree. Although it is much better having a strategic partner in these instances than not.
As for progress, they are hitting good development metres (~800m in Sept). Efficient mining relies upon having multiple fronts open and development is key to that.
