That may be happening but it's not why it's not going up. There is no volume. They can try and manipulate and hold down as much as they like, if this was well sort after it would be rising.
IMO it is just a timing issue and opportunity cost. No one wants to be sitting in the market waiting for the next 8 to 12 months knowing not much will change. Those that believe have taken their spot and are waiting (myself included). July next year is my tip for when sideline watchers will start to get ancy and start moving in.
