Perilya Mines NL perhaps or Artech Exploration NL?
Or even possibly Pasminco or their spinoff Zinifex?
HISTORY / BACKGROUND

The company was incorporated as Artech Exploration NL in Western Australia in 1986, and was established to acquire interests in mining tenements.

1987 - Artech Exploration NL changed its name to Perilya Mines NL and listed on the Australian Stock Exchange.

1994 - Perilya Mines NL acquired the Fortnum Gold Mine.

2000 - Perilya Mines NL changed its name to Perilya Limited.

2001 - The Fortnum Gold Mine was closed with reserves having produced 540,000 ounces of gold.

2002 - Perilya Limited acquired the Broken Hill lead, zinc and silver mine from Pasminco Limited.

2005 - The company acquired the Daisy-Milano Gold mine in Western Australia.
