Genuinely curious, what benefit would publishing pre-clinical data in a peer reviewed journal bring to the company? They are trying to convince the FDA their drugs are safe and effective, not the academic community.
They have stated they are using Parexel to conduct the upcoming human trial. They helped develop approximately 95% of the 200 top-selling bio pharmaceuticals on the market today. I would think their methodology is sound.
