    Not sure what you meant by "The price of LPM is higher than that of CXO".

    As of Friday closing..

    CXO's MC - $213m (probably $30m cash, $183 EV)
    LPM's - $14m ($7m cash, $7m EV)

    Of course we, as the investors rely on SP however, it's MC that determines company's market value.
