The market is pretty flat atm, so I'd say the support that has been shown is great.
The market response may have been greater still if Derek had of given some more detail in regards to the entire Development approval process, ie
"We are now in the position to prepare the Development application, and lodge with ULSC. This process is estimated to take x number of weeks/days. Currently approvals are taking x number of weeks to filter through Council etc" then follow up with a timeline of production.
That's what I'd do anyway. :)
