re: Ann: Positive Outcome for Peelwood Water ... While this is good news I wouldn't get too excited just yet. A Development Approval for a mine site won't just be a 'rubber stamp' exercise for the Council or the various State bodies that will want to have their say. Who knows what green tree huggers lurk in the Council or the State environmental body ready to throw spanners in the works?

I'm not saying that the the DA process will kill the mine, however it has some potential to add cost to the project (through complying with statutory body requirements).
