DGH44 yes I agree that the last internal steps are there, but the real 'hooray' moment is when the DA is approved and there are no silly conditions attached to it. You deal with authorities before submission but it's no guarantee. I'm not trying to downramp, just being realistic (based on personal\professional experience).
Once DA is through though, there is a real reason for share prices to start getting exciting :)
