This was our last hurdle that needed to be overcome.
Guys, we are nearly there and on the brink of becoming a producer.
In the announcement dated 4th Nov, it was stated as follows:

"Successful completion of the EIS will allow Sultan to apply for a Development Authority, which is the final approval prior to the granting of a mining licence and the COMMENCEMENT OF MINING OPERATIONS"

I would assume that the Co is right now putting all the docs together and will be submitting them to all the relevant authorities.

From my dealings with the authorities as a property developer I would assume that the granting of the Development Authority is now just a formality as we have now satisfied all their conditions.

Not long now before we can put a shovel in the ground so we can start producing income.
