I have seen some license deal where the company gets a cash upfront payment plus an equity deal to strength their balance sheet. Furthermore, pay for all costs associated for future phase III clinical trials. Any mention of future royalty which is generally 10-15% and the sp will fly immediately to the moon. But you could also be right about cap-rise, time will tell.
