Can I possibly get your view on this BMD?

My take on the results may not be as optimistic as yours perhaps. I can see that there is little difference between the results than was achieved in the last trial - certainly positive but not any definitive advancement - and certainly not anywhere near a "cure".

I can see that a phase 3 trial is now essential - but the justification for that won't necessarily come from these results alone. A minor concern is that one participant did withsraw because of tolerance issues - that is a small percentage only, of course.

Phase 3 trial will be expensive and take some more time - and the results would maybe not be definitive enough to attract external funding.

What are your thoughts on the above.
