The results were "promising" but they were almost identical to the previous tria - basically, showing no improvement.
While it was surprising that other companies chasing the HIV holy grail did not seem interested in the results, the trial did not bring up anything new that would add excitement.
Equqally surprising from subsequent updates by BIT (admittedly very few) BIT seems to have drifted away from HIV towards supporting its ant-viral sector of reearch.
Maybe, this sector is what C14 is going to concentrate on.
