    Delighted you make reference to property being different, shows the breadth of your ignorance to all and reduces the potential for people to listen to your 'all or nothing' but 'skinless' views.

    Reminds me of a time about 15yrs ago I brought an ugly duckling property that nobody wanted, and it now values up about 8 times what I paid for it.
