My belief is that this first announcement is a ‘taster’
They needed something to get it all back on track.
C19 effectiveness may be with us very soon and as BMD opines could ( maybe should) get the valuation going. Today we have perhaps a nominal 5% of the capital moved, though probably much less but many times (smiley face) so far!
Looking for C19 next and extension then of today into numbers
Show me the BP that will be satisfied with splitting the spoils with another.
