@piggybanks but there is evidence for FOLFIRINOX+radiotherapy as I stated yesterday. According to OSL's entry on clinicaltrials.gov the Australian subjects received either FOLFIRINOX+OSL or gem/abraxane+OSL. Therefore, comparing the results to a small study using gem+EBR (a proven less effective chemotherapy treatment combined with a different radiotherapy treatment) is not telling us much at all, especially when there is evidence for FOLFIRINOX+radiotherapy (which shows OS to be ~15.4 months).
I gain/lose nothing from being right on this, but it irritates me to see data selected and used to make SHs believe and fund a one-sided dream.
