OSL was my first (and will definitely be my last) time investing in biotech stocks. I initially invested because I was seduced by a great story, and a poor understanding of regulatory requirements (many may not admit it, but I doubt I was the only one).

I got out early and pretty much broke even. I could have made some money if I had stayed a bit longer and cashed in on the hype that saw it get into the 20 cent range a few years ago, but after doing some keyboard research of oncology and the CE marking process, there were too many holes in the glittery story for me to continue to blindly trust the glowing ANNs.

I follow now, because HC offers a wonderful way to watch hindsight unfold without risk… or reward, which is why my skepticism should be seen as an opportunity for other holders to ask the right questions, and hopefully not feel misled by the version of the story the company wants them to believe. I still feel fooled by the great story I believed at the start, and I wish I had known enough then to ask better questions.

These are my observations and opinions, so, of course I could be wrong and the stock could make billions. I believe facts though, and just haven’t read anything that indicates that is likely to be the outcome.
