1) Conferences are attended by people willing to pay the entrance fee. 2) It was a poster... ffs. 3) Conference posters are not peer reviewed. An abstract is sent to the organisers, and they go... this one looks good... oral presentation... this might be ok, dunno... poster! There's nothing outstanding about the oncosil survival data, the results are no better than what independent researchers would expect in a control arm (had Oncosil elected to take that route). 4) The poster was put up along side thousands more, not peer reviewed, published in the ASCO meeting abstract book and on the ASX (neither suffices as an academically relevant source). The data has already been reviewed by BIS, and they came to the same conclusion any independent researcher would... the oncosil device does nothing.
