Abdi70 your wrong on conferences not being academically relevant. Academics present their research all of the time at conferences. Conferences are well recognised in the academic community.
Your also wrong about peer review. You can’t present at a conference unless your paper including the data has been reviewed. You have to send your abstract and poster to the conference organisers who then arrange the paper/poster along with the data to be blind reviewed before accepting it at the conference.
Your also wrong on the Oncosil device itself. How is this any less of treatment compared with Sirtex? Sirtex received FDA approval and it’s largely only use is for salvage. Oncosil can be used as first in line care along with the SOC treatment for pancreatic and liver cancer.
