    Question. Is CZI now locked into the JV with OZL or can a rival bid from say South32 be considered? All it says is OZL earn 51% after spending $19M. What happens if they spend $17M and all of a sudden South32 lobs a TO of CZI? I doubt the OZL lawyers would allow this to happen and hence why I suspect the JV contract locks us with OZL from now.
