It would be interesting if they were able to treat a sepsis patient under the special access scheme. I'm still curious how they will ever be able to run a phase 2 trial on this? Surely most cases of sepsis are life threatening and time dependent so how do you get them enrolled in a trial. I guess if they keep making progress hopefully doctors will start requesting special access and they can at least get a start that way.
