I think your last sentence is the most appropriate too. It seems many have chosen to make it into whatever they wish and they are entitled to that. The raise itself, I've spoken about many times in my posts, actually communicates exactly why it was done this way. It's the level of experience, understanding and prior research of the receiver that will determine "what to make of that". I've made mine, as many others here have and I'm very comfortable with the chosen raise method.

For all 0thers aren't comfortable, (this is not directed at you Ionade) then they should ring the company directly. Their phone numbers are plastered all over the place. Don't text or email, ring them and start meaningful dialogue. I guarantee that some peoples ideas won't sound anywhere near as valid as it rolls off the tongue to the MD's ear. Don't take my word for it, do it. You will be surprised how little you know, how inexperienced you are in fund raising, global pharmceuticals, managing expectation, defensive company positioning, value adding, P2B/3 trials. Honestly, it's the best education you'll ever give yourself and it's free and available and always will be. The reasons the posters are so divided (mostly) is that we all have different levels of information. Well, there's not need for that. Ring them, listen, read, suggest, think and we will largely align.
