I'd like to hear their 'plans' as well. It's easy for some posters to criticise management and the board from their keyboard and say what in their view they believe was not done well - but never actually credibly state what they would have done in the boards position and demonstrate how it would have turned out better for shareholders. However I suppose for those who have never been executives or board members, that would be difficult.

If I believe in a company's fundamentals, I invest - if I don't, I sell - but I don't continually criticise the company's decisions - I make my OWN against the decisions made by the board. Nothing wrong with testing and constructively debating, but continually talking down and making accusatory claims after a decision has been made does nothing for no-one - least of all the company you continue to hold a 'buy' rating for.
