"Imagine Sarepta comes in next 3 days..."

I have been thinking along the same lines. Anyone who sold today is going to be cringing.
I think the cap raise bolsters the war chest but also allows some bargaining power. No one should overlook the potential additional funding if options are exercised down the line. This is a great raise because Sarepta, like any other big player, would try and walk all over ANP in negotiations. That is not going to happen now, because ANP do not need Sareptas money to progress this trial.

The immediate newsflow is not done in my opinion. Can't wait to see if any news of ANP's EMA approval is reported in relation to Sarepta in the US this week. US investors in this space will jump all over the chance to buy ANP, even if they are not entitled to the rights issue.
