    JURISDICTION IS EVERYTHING.
    A mine in Mozambique and a mine in Northern Europe are like on two different planets.
    I would put a HEAVY CHUNK of my portfolio on TLG as compared to something in a jungle which may never get out of the ground.
    This is an obvious downramp for reasons best known to the man on the beach-
