FFS...read the PFS!!!
It allows for a 23% contingency (included in the amount of $54, so if anything it will reduce from here) and that $54/t covers everything from digging up the ore to shipping concentrated product to China... and this is not taking in consideration of NextOre or attacking Opex with free cash flow following production...
The blatant lack of research is astounding.
