When you have a CAPEX requirement of the size indicated in the PFS and you effectively say there should be no reason why we can't secure it (without expanding on that statement what so ever), and oh, we have a relative minuscule $12M in the bank simply says they have not even begun to explore how they might cross that bridge My point is, they need to correct this vagueness in the next communication irrespective of the process, e.g. plausible options available to them. The PFS is solid, but being lack luster on how it will be funded has caused an otherwise avoidable negative perception from the market IMO.
