From everything they've released, it appears they cannot get the blood concentrations high enough, and they cannot get it staying in the blood for long enough, to kill the ESKAPE pathogens. @reon1 Did some excellent analysis with way more patience and clarity than I could muster, I suggest you go back and read some of his/her posts.
But the ultimate proof -- where is the sepsis clinical trial? This research you link to is over two years old, why have they seemingly abandoned all plans for sepsis? Their more recent rapid infusion IV trial was renamed to a "UTI/urosepsis" trial. Why haven't they released the blood data from that trial? Why did the results not mention sepsis at all?
