That's about as convoluted a statement as the rubbish that RCE 'reports'!
'Evidence' for 'why'? 'The only 'black and white' plain issue here is - the trial results WERE NOT RELEASED, so people can, and have, drawn their own conclusions.
I wonder if RCE327 might work for cognitive bias - doesn't seem to improve moderate intelligence.
