It's not in their interests to release information about the trial? Have you seen the SP since these results were released?!
And actually, we HAVEN'T been told what the endpoint is. We've been told what the *outcome* measure is.
"To evaluate the potential for systemic bioavailability"
So, just by evaluating systemic bioavailability, this has been "met". It doesn't mean that there WAS systemic bioavailability.
Maybe there was, maybe there wasn't. We simply don't know, and there are enough weasle words and lack of data in the announcement that there can only be one conclusion, for now.
But don't take my word for it. Ask a scientist. Look at the chart since Monday. Compare what RCE released to any other biotech in the world when they announce phase 2 results.
