It's possible that the data released showed that at the highest, fastest infusion rate, plasma levels reached high enough to kill e.coli, but not any of the ESKAPE pathogens. But even this is not clear as RCE also said that only some of the oligomers in the magic pixie cocktail get to this level. Is this subset of oligomers sufficient? Do they stay in the blood long enough to be effective? Recce have never said. But we can make an educated guess based on the accumulation in the bladder and their pivot to ABSSSI.
