I think this is a bit more than selling the news. A 14 to 17% pullback isn't selling news, it's reacting to expectations which have not been met. Come production 20-23c is a steal, but lots of ducks to get in a row before then.
Another positive is it gets the weaker hands flushed out to some extent or those looking for short term returns, but we have to be realistic and admit that Management allowed expectations to grow and then threw a PFS out when everyone was banking on a DFS with funding and hydroxide/carbonate announcements.
Overall fundamentals haven't changed, but as shareholders we do have a right to be a little disappointed when expectations haven't been met
