If I could put it this way: the NAL re-start summarised in the PFS is merely one piece of the fairly complex puzzle that is SYA (and that one piece is ALL that is being considered in the PFS). As each ADDITIONAL piece is proven and added to the evolving picture, the conclusion will be that the whole SYA picture is likely to be far greater than the sum of its parts.
