Yes, I agree with you Stick, using spot price of sc6 over LOM IS ridiculous.
They should have used a median price for 2023 and 2024
And the CARBONATE PRICE FOR THE NEXT 25 YEARS!!!
Either way, the PFS is way underdone.
And you know what, it does'nt matter, just gives me more cheap shares!
I was only trying to show where the NPV could be using the spot price, compared to our underdone average price.
You want to get serious about NPV, then get your 12 digit calculator out and start punching those figures out..MASSIVE!!!
And if you think carbonate is a pipe dream, guess again champ.
This has now become a priority and with a further 200 mil in the coffers and revenue starting from next year, the carbonante plant, which 40-50% was already built by NAL, is a done deal. As well as conditional by IQ-
Under the Assignment Agreement and the Governance Agreement, Sayona Quebec has
agreed to an extensive regime of commitments to pursue the establishment of
industrial spodumene conversion facilities in the Province of Quebec (the
Quebec Content Undertakings).
As part of these undertakings, a feasibility study into the development of a
spodumene conversion facility will be conducted within three years from the
transaction's closure. In addition, subject to certain conditions, NAL has
undertaken to convert its spodumene production into lithium hydroxide or
lithium carbonate within Quebec from the sixth anniversary until the 10th
anniversary of the closure.(Closed in 2019)
As well as adding many multiples to the revenue, Its Sayona's out to the Piedmont deal. Ever heard of the Piedmont volume waiver?
Let me refresh your memory-
Sayona Quebec's offtake agreement with Piedmont
Lithium contains a volume waiver should Sayona
Quebec pursue the transformation of the lithium
spodumene concentrate into lithium carbonate or
hydroxide, either through the restart of La Corne's
lithium carbonate plant, or the construction of a new
lithium chemical production capacity at the Facility
or at another location
And, I would imagine, once the NAL carbonate plant is running, Moblan's hydroxide plant wont be too far behind....which is also covered in the waiver.....
Let me ask you a question? Do you know of any current lithium producers, with a market cap less than 5 billion?
I dont, but I do know we will be producing next year....
