This is not a price-sensitive announcement and is placed just before the AGM. Was a partnership deal being created but needed this step to initiate it? Is this piece of news a stepping stone/lead up to bigger news in the works? The wording seems to indicate, but if that is true, then it would need to be price sensitive.
The stars would need to align for the possible partnership deal news to be released at the AGM and it possibly could align as the continuous disclosure rules around price-sensitive announcements don't apply to non-price-sensitive announcements (from what I've read, although its not "spelled out").
