How long do u think it will be b4 they need to raise vs when do u think they will garner any revenue..
maybe we are in fact both assuming but the difference is who's assumption appears closer to the mark unless u have accidentally picked up a fairy tale book to do your reasearch..
In anyevent it's a strange world at present and anything can happen so never say never but that dosnt mean that I will discount probabilities..
