if I were to form the opinion chm would not succeed I would short or not even be here..I am fully aware CHM have a chance at failure and a chance at success and also fully aware no one here on HC would know the answer to that situation..
if one were to look at the odds one could argue failure would be more likely than success however that being said money can be made what ever the final outcome
and I'm certainly not scared of a CR..rather just wanting to use it as a tool to get better odds if I were to place a bet..
