Not to forget, not every time the Pre-IND is positive, even less for granting the IND. Hopper's companies have a track record for First time - Every time success for Pre-IND and IND submissions to be positive / granted. A fact that is totally ignored by the market.
It is important to have the right people in charge - again a fact the market is ignoring.
Only thing negative but beyond CHM's control - a likely delayed Ph1 start according to previous timelines. But that affects all Bio-Techs.
