I never know what to make of those Morningstar valuations?? I always think of early stage bio/medical type stocks as a bit like a drilling company in mining. If it all works out then whatever you pay early on is immaterial to where it ends up however most don’t get that far so whatever you pay is probably too much to begin with?
The odds are better with medical stocks and if successful they have such better economic moats so personally I do prefer them to mining.
