When you think back about it, the potential Fulin buy-in was greeted by LPI like someone had farted in an elevator. I thought LPI's announcement seriously lacked any enthusiasm. Just like today's announcement - when I read the word 'positive' I was UNDERWHELMED and thought, there are better words to use to portray the outcome of this rigorous analysis. It seems like they are keeping a lid on things. Pathetic.
