    I think it comes down to this: How much could a novice rely on this diagnostic tool to guide the treatment, and whats the worst that could happen if it was wrong?

    Its simply not the silver bullet that some were claiming where experienced doctors would be made redundant.
    So then you have to ask, what is its role in the real world and its commercial appeal?
