Been researching current potential suitors for Weebit once we get to 40nm.
If we filter out what is required for mass production which is made up of 300mm wafer size, 40nm and below process technology node capabilities and excess capacity per month. You will quickly find that the choice is quite limited.
Good luck to any exotic memory chip companies out there thinking their non-CMOS compliant tech will be welcome in any of these fabricators.
