They're listed in my link, I think they might be too small having only one 300mm fab and it being built in 2003 I'm not sure if it's a key play for a company looking to make a bold statement to the world.
Obviously if it makes commercial sense and rapid time to market then anything is possible.
I'll note that they plan to license the tech to many players.
