3 cents was the minimum. It can go upwards of 10 cents easily with the right announcement. Remember weebit uses silicon oxide to make the product. Which is basically using sand which is cheap which is much greater profits at selling to the US 40 billion dollar market at a lower price giving weebit the market edge on our competitors. All imo of course.
This is why I am saying to people that any price under 3 cents should be bought if you do not want to miss out
