I'll try to put it this way so that no one gets offended. This trade is made up of 4 tranches at 4:10:02 pm.
For this to happen there must be an investment bank or broker to place a single share trade. Retail traders can't normally trade below $500 unless in some circumstances.
Long story short, looks like 3 retail traders and 1 broker at closing bell.
