It may seem a concern but to put it in context when you buy Ram memory modules for your computer, they are often specified as being ECC, is Error Correcting Code

So it is normal practise to detect & correct incorrect bits in current memory technology.
So it seems they have had 100% error free success with the larger module, but at this stage can't guarantee the same on the 40nm module or it's too early to tell.
I'd have to read up on Weebit's ReRam patents to understand how they would handle the errors, and the WeeBits claim of how much they hope to reduce any errors. Someone else might clarify this.
