Buying is being handled in a strategic way, blocks are being taken out of the selling wall one at a time. Could be that a large holder is slowly and steadily building a stake so as to not cause the SP to overshoot, might also prove to be a useful tactic to test the resolve of longer term holders, are they rusted on or do they want out.
