Partner with the government / tobacco company and print QR codes on cigarette boxes to allow smokers a single time use of the app. Then they have the App downloaded for future use and can see how else it could be used for their family / friends. Smokers are perfect word of mouth spreaders, they are huddled together 4-5 times a day with their smoking friends, colleagues and strangers shooting the shit.
As credit for this idea, I'll either take a royalty on sales or settle for dividends by 2021
