Certainly is looking that way, why test tailings and progress a mining lease on the only two viable options for near term production.....Ill tell you!!! When your only option is to JV or Merge, same reason they land grabbed last quarter to try and bolster there bargaining power....Id saying they are looking at running the tailings from razorback through Granville Process Plant, while JV mining St Dizier stage 1, theres so much logic there that its fast becoming a no brainer imo
