Data from rubble , yes I'd say so in this occasion but tpm is a platform tech and it may perform rather well in another application . There is I'm reliably told some evidence that tpm type water soluble vit E may be effective in topical applications . Fingers crossed for oxyc . Perhaps all is not lost .
